Service Verification

We reserve the right to inspect the property, verify measurements, evaluate fascia and roofline conditions, and assess drainage requirements prior to finalizing service. Pricing or scope may change if additional work is required to properly complete installation.

No Obligation

You are under no obligation to accept any estimate or proposal. Services begin only after approval by both parties.


3. Scheduling and Property Access

Customers agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property at scheduled service times.

If access is not available, the appointment may be rescheduled.

Hazardous conditions (unsafe roof, electrical hazards, animals, severe weather, etc.) may delay service until safe working conditions exist.

4. Payments
